Q: HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO THE EMAIL YOU HAVE PROVIDED US AT CHECKOUT, WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS OUT FOR FINAL DELIVERY YOU WILL ADDITIONALLY RECEIVE A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

A: AS SOON AS YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED TO US CONFIRMING THE SHIPMENT. THE EMAIL WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR PACKAGE AND A LINK TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER'S WEBSITE.

Q: I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

A: liyanfu02 CLOTHING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CARRIER WILL GENERALLY DETERMINE IF YOUR ORDER CAN BE LEFT IN A SAFE SECURE PLACE AT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

    • You could return and exchange as long as you bear the international shipping if you just don't like it :)

    • We are happy to exchange for you, NO QUESTION ASKED.

      We will ship a new item FOR FREE if there is some quality problem.

      Money shall be partially refunded if the customer accepts items with tiny issues.

      We surely do! We ship Worldwide and Free Shipping for orders over 15$ with tracking number sent.

       

    • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

      We choose Fast Airmail for faster shipment to our customers from US/AU/CA/UK .

    • Once you placed the order it will takes 3-5 days (peak season 5-10 days) to process the order.

    • We ship orders via E-packet which is super fast about 10-15 days delivery time.

    • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 15 to 45 business days, but still depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    • If you need Express shipment,  welcome to contact us for more details. We have discounts from DHL/UPS/EMS/Dpex/European Express and many other kinds of couriers, feel free to ask!

       

    • WHAT SHIPMENT METHOD DO WE USE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

      Most orders to European Countries are shipped via European airmail ( 7-20 days)

    • US/CA/AU/UK/DE/FR /SE 7-15 days delivery, with tracking number.

    •  Asian Countries we ship via special Line Delivery in 4-7 day.

    • Brazil and other countries should be up to 20-60 days, depending on your country customs.

    • If you make a big order,  we may ship via Express. We try our best to give you a great shopping experience with us :) We value our customer the MOST!
